Teacher Bob Math Academy provides self-paced math curriculum and asynchronous educational support. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how we protect your data.

We collect only the information necessary to deliver course access and support:
- Parent name and email address
- Student name (for course identification)
- Course enrollment details
- Form submissions (student questions sent through the Help Form)
We do not collect:

- Sensitive personal information
- Behavioral or tracking data beyond what Squarespace collects automatically
2. Parent-Owned Accounts
All students access courses through a parent-owned account. The parent email is the primary contact for:
- Course access
- Support replies
- Enrollment confirmations
- ESA-related communication
Students cannot change or override the parent email.
3. Communication System
Student questions submitted through the Help Form automatically route replies to the parent’s email. Students cannot enter or submit email addresses.
We do not store internal messages inside the course platform. All communication occurs through email for safety and transparency.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide course access
- Deliver support responses
- Verify enrollment
- Maintain ESA compliance
- Improve course materials
We do not:
- Sell data
- Share data with advertisers
- Use data for marketing without consent

Some courses may be hosted on third-party platforms such as Outschool. Their privacy policies apply independently. Please review their terms before enrolling.

Course access and account information are stored securely through Squarespace’s Members Area system. We rely on industry-standard security measures provided by Squarespace and other integrated services.
We do not store:
- Payment information (handled by Squarespace Commerce or third-party ESA systems)
- Student email addresses
- Sensitive personal data
7. ESA Program Compliance
For ESA-funded purchases (Arizona ESA, Texas ESA, Florida PEP, Florida FTC/FES-UA), we may collect information required by the state program, such as:
- Parent name
- Student name
- Course purchased
- Payment confirmation
We do not collect any additional personal data beyond what is required for enrollment and access.
